Old Head Golf Course Rates 2019: 

  • Low Season: €200.00 per golfer
  • High Season: €350.00 per golfer

Low: Please note low seasons is from the 15th of April to the 2nd of May. Also from the 14th of October to the 31st of October, 2019. 

High: The High season rate applies from the 3rd of May to the 13th of October, 2019.

Caddy Rates

  • Single bag: €50.00 per bag carried
  • Caddy with two bags: €40.00 per bag carried
  • Forecaddie: 1 to 2 players €25.00 per bag caddied.
  • Forecaddie: 3 to 4 players €20.00 per bag caddied.

Old Head Golf Course Room Rates 2019: 

  • Seaview Low        €275.00 | High €375.00
  • Presidential Low  €475.00 | High €575.00
  • Notably, the bedroom rates are for two persons, per night and breakfast included.

Indeed, the Atlantic Package is for on two golfers sharing a suite and playing one round of golf with one night’s Bed and Breakfast.

Whereas, the Dolmen Package is again based on two golfers sharing the suite. Notably, two rounds of golf with one night’s B&B.

  • Atlantic Package Low season €325.00 | High season €510.00
  • Dolmen Package Low season €450.00 | High season €750.00

Old Head Golf Course Facilities, Restaurant, Golf & Spa

Notably, Old Head was built in 1997 on a 220-acre headland on Ireland’s southern coastline. Indeed, there are several unique features to the land head. There are caves that one can canoe from one side to another. Also, Old Head is a wildlife sanctuary for all wildlife and golfers alike!

Certainly, the course is one of the most manicured Irish Golf courses to play. Indeed, the course is a par 72 with five par 3s, eight par 4s, and five par 5s. Not withstand, 18 holes, the facilities include locker rooms for both ladies and gents. Notably, the club has fifteen rooms to accommodate golfers, a spa, workout room, a full bar, and an excellent restaurant. Possibly, the club has best halfway house for food and beverages in Ireland. Superb friendly staff, a beautiful golf shop with a wide range of high-quality apparel. 

There is no dought that Old Head is a great challenge for any golfer to play. However, the main attraction is the on-course views. The views from the course are the most spectacular golf course views in the world!
