Luxury Midi-Coach: Chauffeured, Suitable for up to 08 golfers/passengers with luggage and clubs. Air-conditioned. The coach service will drive the group to and from the golf courses and hotels with a group airport meeting/Pick up on arrival and group airport drop-off. The coach can be operated by one single driver for a maximum of 09 hours driving daily, with a mandatory 45-minute break after 4 hours of continuous driving. Service from the 10th of May to the 15th of May with a group airport transfer on the 16th of May.

Hotel rooms & free breakfast based on 08 travellers in single/twin rooms. Concierge Golf Ireland will administer bookings and all payments scheduled on behalf of the group. Also, CGI will manage dinner reservations and all other requests. Concierge Golf can be at hand from time to time during the trip, and Concierge Golf is accessible to the group (by email, text or phone) to deal with any unforeseen issues. Our trip to southwest Ireland was a huge success!! Our team was blown away, but most importantly our customers were even more so! The courses were incredible and the hotels, transportation and dinners were all planned perfectly. John went above and beyond to be in communication before and during our trip. He met up with us a few times and even brought a nice set of PXG clubs for one of our guys who didn't get his from airline. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to golf in Ireland. He takes the stress out of it and enhances the experience!

Notes on Payment:
Payments can be taken by credit card over the phone or by a payment link emailed to the golfer. The exchange rates between Euro/Sterling and USD varies, and the USD estimates are based on current exchange rates at the time of changes made. The initial deposit payment is required to pay the various golf course payments on multiple dates from today until the final amount needed for the golf clubs, which can be between 90 days before the trip start date. The final price is required 90 days in advance to pay transport, fees, hotels or any other services requested by the group. Please note that payments for services are not refundable.
Notes on Refunds:
As we, Concierge Golf Ireland (the Company Concierge Golf Ireland and you, the travelling golfer), are bound by contractual terms and conditions set out by each service provider (golf courses, hotels, Transport & etc.). Once payments are received by the various services providers, and depending on the service providers schedule of fees, and depending on the date of cancellation, we may not be able refund should the traveller’s dates change or should the traveller cancel for various reasons. Such as, once payments are received by golf courses, hotels and transport on the above schedule/itinerary, those amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits:
The deposit payment amount is used to pay the full schedule of deposit payments for tee times and hotel contracts between the time of booking to 90 days in advance of the trip start date. Should anyone cancel, the amount on hand at the time of cancellation will be sent back; the amounts that are paid in deposits may not be available, but should someone else take the person’s golf trip place, that amount can change hands between those persons. The total amount is not required until 90 days before the trip starts. Mainly that final amount pays all the fees and the remainder of the payments that fall due. Also, it is worth noting that Golf Courses require a % deposit on booking, and full payment can be required anywhere between the initial dates of booking to 90 days before play. In contrast, Hotels and Transport require payments 45 – 360 days in advance of the trip starting date. Also, other services purchased on behalf of the group may apply different terms and conditions, such as sights to see and dining reservations. However, CGI will do what we can to remedy any situation that may, unfortunately, arise due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation of Trip:
Depending on the date of cancellation by the group members, the total amount of cash on hand will be refunded Less the cost of receiving and returning cash. Once all payments are made, and there is a last-minute cancellation, no refunds will be available. However, we strongly recommend updating your travel insurance to offset expected disruptions and covid19 issues. As mentioned, several golf service providers do not offer refunds and often do not provide credits. Please beware that deposits may not be refunded once paid to the golf service providers on behalf of the group.
Travel disruptions:
Concierge Golf Ireland is not liable for any travel disruptions that affect golfers arriving or departing Ireland, Scotland or England. Each golfer travelling with CGI is fully responsible for ensuring that they are fully compliant with the travel requirements set out by each country they will be visiting.
